I was commissioned to paint 3 songbirds for a music production program in NJ.  Along with the sweet sounds of the musicians, these songbirds have also been given their own sweet song.

I'll probably add one more painting to this series. I hope you enjoy these Woodland Animals. I loved painting them and learned some new and interesting animal facts.

"Mousing Around" a new addition to the Woodland Wildlife Series, suggested by my husband, he has good ideas. These will make sweet note cards.

"The Buck" is the newest addition in the "Woodland Animal Series" I learn something new with every painting. Did you know the Whitetail Deer are the smallest member of the North American deer family and few live more than 5 years in the wild. I have an affection for the Whitetail Deer, for many years living in "The Great Swamp" NJ, my Mom's backyard teamed with small family groups that graved throughout the year. It was a special time watching these magnificent creatures up close.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             "The Buck"
